At Shay, we connect our heritage to our present and future. Our lip care is inspired by Mediterranean ingredients—like olive oil, date extract, and honey—chosen for their natural ability to soften, nourish, heal, and protect. Every product is made with care so that your self-care ritual feels as comforting as sitting at our family table.

Our products are cruelty-free— we never test on animals. All our lip balms are vegan. Please check the ingredient list on each product page. 

All of our products are crafted in the U.S. at facilities that follow strict safety and quality standards.

While we haven’t specifically tested our products on pregnant or breastfeeding women, our formulas are made with gentle, safe ingredients that are generally suitable for most skin types. Of course, we always recommend checking with your doctor before adding anything new to your routine during this time. In fact, both of our founders used Shay throughout their pregnancies during the manufacturing phase, which makes this question especially close to our hearts. For now, Shay is available exclusively online at www.cosmeticsbyshay.com. We’ll share updates if we launch with retail partners.

Right now, we ship within the United States only. As a growing brand, we’re working toward making Shay available internationally.

We start processing your order immediately after we receive it. Orders typically arrive within 3–5 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.

Shipping is free on all orders over $45.
For orders under $45, shipping rates vary based on the carrier and shipping method you choose at checkout.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number, so you can follow its journey.

We’re so sorry! If your order hasn’t arrived yet, please check with neighbors or your local post office first. If it still doesn’t turn up or arrives damaged, contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date, and we’ll assist you.

If something isn’t right, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We’ll work with you to arrange a replacement, refund, or store credit for eligible items.

For hygiene reasons, we can only accept returns on unopened and unused items. If you experienced an issue with a product, reach out, and we’ll review on a case-by-case basis.

If the product was damaged or incorrect, we’ll cover the return shipping. For all other returns, shipping costs will remain the responsibility of the customer.
